Bio Diesel can be made from allot of things, I read somewhere that the cheapest and most cost effective way is to make it from a type of sea weed, because it grows really easy.
Hydrogen can also be made by using any type of bio mass in a plasma confined environment.
Use the hydrogen and bio diesel to power an industrial Caterpillar diesel and you can power a city.
