  1. The light arrived today in a timely manner and after testing it it does work. However this light appears to be used. The solar panel is somewhat scratched and all parts of light needed cleaning.

  2. This product worked as advertised, and was a great solution for what I needed. The light took a couple days charging to really produce good illumination (as stated in the manual). It works great for cloudy days, dusk/dawn, and night time when you just need a little light to see what you need in your shed. It is not useful as a workbench light unless you are doing small quick jobs.

  3. Bought it from a local store in last week. I am amazed so far. Light is bright. Also, the 2 power consumption setting makes it even better. Usually I put it on half power (5 LED). It says in 5 LED mode, it will run for 4 hour. But I found the LEDs are still producing enough light even after 6 hours! I reckon it’s because of summer, when you have enough day light to charge.

Another good thing is the charge indicator shows active even it is a dark cloudy day! I believe it means it is charging in any day light condition. Cool! Before to buy this light, I have emailed the manufacturer asking whether this light will charge in any day light condition, but they haven’t got back to me. I assume they might not know the answer! May be they are not the manufacturer of the solar panel. Well, that’s not the main issue here. I am satisfied up to now. But, it will be interesting to see how well it performs during winter season.

  4. It really works great. I use it a light our staircase going to the basement. I run line outside and put the solar panel on a pole use U brackets i pick up from lowes. The U bracket are the one with nuts on them. The light is bright. I also use Velco to mount it to the wall so don’t wont to put holes in the wall. Ok About the L bracket i email the company the said this. ” Thank you for contacting us. The L bracket can be used as a clamp mount if you do not have an area to do a drill mount. If you would like some help understanding how to use that bracket you can contact our Parts and Service Department at 425-637-9601 M-F 8-4:30 Pacific time. ” I’m think of buying more of them. Would have been nice if the light had a timer on it.

hope my review helps you and other ways you can use it.

  5. Great light. Put in my woodshed (15′x15′x10′h) and it does a great job. I am very happy with the light and would recommend to others. Easy to install and is of good quality.
